Introduction ###

Pisciculture de Vionnaz SA, une entreprise renommée dans l'élevage et la transformation de poissons en Suisse, recherche un(e) Responsable du local de transformation. Ce poste clé offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à la qualité et à l'excellence de nos produits dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

Responsabilités ###

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du local de transformation.
  • Assurer le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Gérer et former l'équipe de transformation pour garantir une production efficace.
  • Planifier et coordonner les activités de transformation en fonction des besoins de production.
  • Contrôler les stocks de matériels usuels et veiller à l'approvisionnement.
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements pour optimiser les processus de production.
  • Entretenir les machines, le matériel et les locaux.

Qualifications ###

  • Expérience souhaitée dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire.
  • Connaissance souhaitée des normes HACCP et des réglementations suisses en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Capacité à gérer une équipe et à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Maîtrise du français, la connaissance de l'allemand est un atout.
  • Flexibilité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement froid et au contact des poissons.
