Le Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell (GZAI) garantit une prise en charge de qualité et fiable en matière de santé et de soins aux personnes âgées pour la population d'Appenzell Rhodes-Intérieures. Pour de nombreux besoins tout au long de la chaîne de traitement et à différentes étapes de la vie, le GZAI propose une offre adaptée.

Le Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell est également l'un des plus grands employeurs du canton et offre des emplois et des places de formation à environ 270 collaborateurs dans différents groupes professionnels.

À partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, nous recherchons un(e)

Vos tâches

  • Responsabilité globale de l'administration du personnel tout au long du cycle de vie des employés en respectant les prescriptions et directives cantonales (ordonnance sur le personnel, instructions, règlements, etc.)
  • Partenaire de réflexion et suppléant(e) de notre experte en paie
  • Développement, mise en œuvre et accompagnement des mesures d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et de fidélisation du personnel
  • Direction de l'équipe RH (3 collaborateurs)
  • Conseil aux cadres et aux collaborateurs sur des questions RH
  • Développement et mise en œuvre de concepts et projets RH
  • Participation à des projets transversaux pour la représentation professionnelle des RH
  • Responsabilité de la planification et de la réalisation des formations en développement du leadership

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure ou continue dans le domaine des RH avec diplôme fédéral/niveau HF
  • Connaissances en paie
  • Expérience pratique et de gestion de plusieurs années dans un poste comparable
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques (MS Office, Abacus, Polypoint PEP)
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Affinité avec le secteur de la santé et lien étroit avec la région, un atout
