Responsabilités

 

En tant que Responsable Fabrication, vos principales missions incluront : 

 

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités de production pour garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et des standards de qualité.
  • Gérer et former les équipes de production pour assurer leur développement et leur performance.
  • Participer au processus interne de développement de nouveaux produits.
  • Participer aux discussions commerciales et développement produits avec la clientèle.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance et proposer des plans d'amélioration continue.

 

Qualifications

 

Le candidat idéal possède : 

 

  • Une expérience significative dans un rôle similaire, impérativement dans le secteur horlogerie / joaillerie.
  • Une excellente maîtrise de la CAO.
  • De solides compétences en gestion d'équipe et en leadership.
  • Une excellente maîtrise des processus de fabrication.
  • Une capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des problèmes de manière proactive.
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français, et la capacité à mener des discussions en anglais sont un atout.
