Le CMS Sion\-Hérens\-Conthey offre des prestations médico\-sociales, des prestations d’aide et d’insertion sociale et professionnelle répondant aux attentes, ainsi qu'aux besoins de la population.

Sa mission est de favoriser le maintien à domicile, l’autonomie et l’intégration sociale en proposant un accompagnement individualisé dans chaque situation et en offrant une palette de prestations complète.

Avec ses 5 sites et ses près de 550 collaborateurs, le CMS Sion\-Hérens\-Conthey accompagne près de 7100 bénéficiaires sur l’ensemble des 16 communes de la région.

Nous cherchons un\-e :

Responsable finances et processus du service social 70% \- 80%

Rattaché\-e à la Cheffe du service social, vous assurez la supervision des activités financières liées à l’aide sociale, encadrez l’équipe des finances du social et contribuez à l’amélioration des processus du service.

Votre mission

  • Vous supervisez les activités financières liées à l'aide sociale, notamment les remboursements, les décomptes de l'aide sociale et des mesures
  • Vous développez et améliorez les processus ainsi que les procédures du service social
  • Vous encadrez l'équipe des finances du social, accompagnez le développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs et apportez votre soutien technique \& métier.
  • À l'intersection entre les finances et le travail social, vous favorisez notamment la coordination entre les équipes et veillez à concilier les exigences administratives et financières avec les besoins du terrain

Votre profil

  • CFC d'employé de commerce (ou formation de base équivalente)
  • Certificat d'assistant\-e en comptabilité avec expérience de min. 2 à 3 ans
  • Expérience avérée dans le management d'équipes pluridisciplinaires avec une approche collaborative
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’activité du service social et le soutien des personnes dans la précarité
  • Aisance en informatique (Excel en particulier)
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs issus de différents métiers.
