Responsable Formation Commerciale Autriche & Suisse (h/f/d)

Ce poste est basé sur le terrain et travaille au sein de la division Soins du Diabète, où nous aidons les personnes atteintes de diabète à gérer leur santé avec des produits révolutionnaires qui fournissent des données précises pour prendre des décisions mieux informées.

L'Opportunité

  • Développement et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de formation : formation et/ou développement et organisation des formations pour l'organisation commerciale en Autriche et en Suisse sur les produits, méthodologies de vente, tendances de traitement et études dans le domaine thérapeutique de la diabétologie
  • Le poste relève du Directeur Général Autriche & Suisse, Partenariats Stratégiques DACH pour Abbott Diabetes Care

Principales Responsabilités - Responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de formation de la division Soins du Diabète en Autriche et en Suisse - Alignement de la stratégie de formation avec l'équipe de direction commerciale ainsi qu'avec l'organisation de formation EMEA - Identification des besoins de formation au sein de l'organisation commerciale - Développement des cursus de formation en fonction des besoins identifiés en utilisant des méthodologies et systèmes de formation pour adultes à la pointe de la technologie - Organisation de formations virtuelles ainsi qu'en présentiel - Animation des sessions de formation, virtuelles et en présentiel, en tenant compte des niveaux de connaissance et des capacités linguistiques des stagiaires - Réalisation de contrôles réguliers des connaissances incluant la mise en place de boucles de rétroaction sur les formations dispensées

Qualifications :

  • Expérience avérée en formation pour adultes au sein d'une organisation commerciale
  • Très bonnes compétences linguistiques en allemand, français et anglais
  • Diplôme universitaire ou formation exécutive comparable en formation pour adultes et/ou coaching
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l'industrie pharmaceutique / technologie médicale
  • Compétences et expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils de formation à la pointe de la technologie
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation combinées à un travail d'équipe transversal

- Expérience professionnelle pertinente en formation pour adultes et/ou coaching

  • Une expérience avec Allego est un plus
  • Expérience avérée dans l'utilisation de méthodes de formation modernes (y compris mais sans s'y limiter : webinaires, podcasts, vidéo à la demande, quiz virtuels, etc.)

- Capacité à voyager de manière flexible principalement en Europe pour au moins 30 % du temps
