La Société coopérative Migros Vaud compte près de 3’200 collaborateurs et exploite aujourd’hui un réseau d’une soixantaine de magasins dans le canton. Son département Immobilier assure la gestion, la valorisation et le développement d’un patrimoine diversifié comprenant notamment des centres commerciaux, des surfaces commerciales et des immeubles de rendement. À la suite du départ du titulaire du poste, Migros Vaud souhaite confier la responsabilité de son service Gérance immobilière et Center Management à une nouvelle personne. L’enjeu sera à la fois d’en assurer la continuité, de reprendre la responsabilité de l'équipe et de la faire évoluer et d’accompagner un département appelé à jouer un rôle central au regard des ambitions de développement de la coopérative. Vos responsabilités

En qualité de Responsable de service, vous pilotez la Gérance immobilière et le Center Management de Migros Vaud. À la tête d’une petite équipe, vous fixez les priorités, organisez l’activité et développez l’autonomie de vos collaborateurs. Une part importante de votre fonction concerne les surfaces commerciales : vous entretenez les relations avec les enseignes et partenaires, conduisez les négociations locatives, contribuez à la recherche de nouveaux locataires et accompagnez les évolutions du parc. Vous supervisez parallèlement le reste du portefeuille immobilier, notamment les immeubles de rendement, en vous appuyant sur les compétences de votre équipe. Vous suivez les principaux indicateurs financiers et opérationnels, la rentabilité des actifs et la qualité des prestations, tout en faisant évoluer les pratiques, l’organisation et la performance du service.

Votre profil

Manager de proximité, vous savez fédérer, responsabiliser et faire progresser une équipe tout en restant proche du terrain et en vous impliquant directement dans les dossiers lorsque nécessaire. Pragmatique, orienté·e résultats et doté·e d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous conjuguez exigence, sens du service et capacité à décider. Votre sens commercial et votre connaissance du marché vous permettent d’identifier les bons interlocuteurs, de construire des relations durables et de défendre les intérêts de l’organisation. Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans l’immobilier commercial, le retail ou le center management et maîtrisez les enjeux liés à la commercialisation de surfaces et aux baux commerciaux. À l’aise dans la négociation, vous disposez idéalement d’un réseau établi auprès des acteurs du marché romand. Une expérience complémentaire de la gérance immobilière résidentielle constitue un atout.
