L'Hôpital de Lavaux est une Fondation privée reconnue d'intérêt public, membre de la Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois. Situé à Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), au cœur des vignes et à proximité des transports publics, de l'école et de la garderie de Lavaux.

Pôle régional moderne et intégré, l'Hôpital de Lavaux est reconnu pour l'excellence de ses soins de proximité, sa spécialisation en gériatrie, réadaptation et soins palliatifs spécialisés, ainsi que pour son engagement en faveur de la qualité et de l'innovation. Un projet d'agrandissement d'envergue est prévu dès 2027.

Nous recherchons un-e Responsable Gestion du Bâtiment - Intendance - Mobilité - Achats (80-100%).

Rattaché-e au Directeur Général, vous rejoindrez l'Hôpital à un moment clé de son évolution et participerez activement à son développement, notamment dans le cadre des projets stratégiques liés au futur établissement.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Garantir la sécurité, la conformité réglementaire, la fonctionnalité et la pérennité d'exploitation des infrastructures de l'hôpital.
  • Assurer la gestion technique, opérationnelle et logistique des infrastructures et des services essentiels au bon fonctionnement de l'institution.
  • Piloter la mise en exploitation de notre nouveau site, en orchestrant également la transition technologique.
  • Définir et déployer une stratégie de maintenance pour garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle et la valorisation du patrimoine existant.
  • Prendre en main l'exploitation technique des bâtiments à l'aide d'outils numériques de pointe (BIM, GTB, GMAO) en garantissant la fiabilité et la valorisation des données.
  • Professionnaliser les processus d'achat internes pour optimiser le partenariat et maximiser l'efficience de notre convention avec la centrale d'achat (CAIB).
  • Réaliser un audit complet du parc existant et structurer notre plan d'investissement à 5 ans.
  • Optimiser la performance énergétique des bâtiments et piloter la maintenance globale pour réduire activement les coûts d'exploitation.
  • Garantir la continuité de l'activité par le pilotage de plans de contingence et la coordination des procédures d'urgence logistique.
  • Développer et animer des partenariats de qualité avec les prestataires et fournisseurs externes.
  • Superviser et fédérer les équipes des secteurs bâtiment, intendance et mobilité pour garantir l'excellence des prestations rendues.
  • Créer un cadre de vie ressourçant, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, visant à ressourcer, à apaiser le stress et à favoriser le bien-être, la santé et le rétablissement de tous les usagers.

Votre profil

Compétences techniques

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur (Ingénieur HES/EPF, Master ou Brevet fédéral) en Facility Management, Génie technique, Gestion de patrimoine immobilier ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'un service technique immobilier, idéalement dans un environnement médical, institutionnel ou industriel.
  • Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets complexes ainsi qu'en gestion d'équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de GTB et de GMAO. La connaissance du BIM exploitation constitue un atout.
