Le secteur Âge et soins de la ville de Winterthour propose, dans les cinq centres pour personnes âgées ainsi qu'avec le Spitex, une offre de services variée pour la population de la ville de Winterthour.

Pour le groupe résidentiel « Soins aigus et de transition (AÜP) » du centre pour personnes âgées Adlergarten, qui offre un foyer soigné à 160 résidents, nous recherchons à partir du 1er décembre 2026 ou selon accord une personnalité dirigeante engagée, communicative et expérimentée, souhaitant co-créer le quotidien des soins avec ses collègues.

Vos tâches ##

  • Direction opérationnelle et organisation autonome du groupe résidentiel AÜP
  • Assurer un accompagnement et des soins professionnels des patientes et patients
  • Responsabilité de la direction du personnel et de la compétence de l-équipe de soins et d-accompagnement
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire notamment avec le service médical, les thérapies, l-experte en soins, le conseil clientèle et l-hôtellerie
  • Responsabilité de la classification RAI et garantie du respect des prescriptions légales et des directives internes
  • Participation active au développement futuriste des soins et accompagnement des étudiants

Votre profil ##

  • Formation d-infirmière/infirmier diplômé HF / FH avec expérience en soins aigus et/ou de longue durée ainsi qu-une formation complémentaire en management ou volonté de l-acquérir
  • Volonté de participer aux soins et à l-accompagnement directs
  • Très bonnes connaissances informatiques (MS Office, RAI ainsi que connaissances PEP un atout) et allemand impeccable
  • Grande compétence sociale et aptitude à la communication avec un haut degré de fiabilité
  • Grande autonomie, ouverture aux processus de changement
  • Capacité d-assimilation rapide, pensée en réseau avec compétences analytiques
