Tâches ##

  • Conseiller les membres sur des questions juridiques variées.
  • Gérer les cas juridiques de manière autonome et efficace.
  • Représenter les membres lors des procédures judiciaires.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en droit et expérience ou brevet d'avocat requis.
  • Maîtrise du français, allemand, et éventuellement italien.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et structurée.

Ce que vous ferez

Vous conseillez principalement les membres sur des questions de droit du travail, de la sécurité sociale, des poursuites et faillites ainsi que du droit des étrangers.

Traitement autonome, ponctuel et orienté solutions des cas juridiques correspondants conformément au règlement de protection juridique.

En cas de procédures judiciaires, vous assumez la représentation et l-accompagnement des membres devant le tribunal du travail.

Vous établissez le contact / l-intervention avec les employeurs et les autorités.

 

Ce que vous apportez

* * Diplôme en droit avec expérience ou brevet d-avocat * * Maîtrise impeccable de l-allemand, une langue étrangère (italien ou portugais) est un atout * * Bonnes connaissances de MS Office * * Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée objectifs * * Personnalité résistante, déterminée et empathique * * Identification avec le travail syndical *
