  • Vous assumez la responsabilité hiérarchique et fonctionnelle de l'exploitation opérationnelle de notre Frontdesk et garantissez une qualité de service élevée.
  • En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous optimisez l'ensemble du processus de Service Delivery au sein de la Shared Service Organization Finance.
  • Vous pilotez votre équipe à l'aide d'indicateurs et d'objectifs de gestion et en déduisez des mesures d'amélioration concrètes.
  • Vous identifiez les potentiels d'optimisation et d'automatisation et pilotez activement leur mise en œuvre en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires internes et externes.
  • En tant que responsable moderne, vous coachez, encouragez et développez votre équipe (environ 12 FTE) et créez un environnement dans lequel les collaborateurs peuvent assumer des responsabilités et développer pleinement leur potentiel.
  • Vous favorisez une culture de l'apprentissage, de la collaboration et de l'amélioration continue et faites évoluer votre équipe avec nous.

  • Vous pensez de manière analytique et systémique, identifiez rapidement les interactions et les liens et savez structurer, présenter et expliquer clairement des sujets complexes.
  • Les changements vous motivent : vous identifiez rapidement les potentiels d'amélioration et mettez en œuvre de manière cohérente des améliorations au niveau des processus, de l'organisation et des systèmes.
  • Doté(e) d'un grand sens de l'organisation, d'une forte autonomie et d'une grande fiabilité, vous vous distinguez au quotidien. Vous appréciez accompagner des collaborateurs moins expérimentés et communiquez avec empathie et respect.
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances dans l'utilisation et le développement de solutions de Service Management (notamment les processus de gestion des appels et du ticketing, Incident/Problem/Service Request et Change Management, Service Level Management et Knowledge Management).
  • Vous détenez un diplôme en économie d'entreprise ou en informatique de gestion (école supérieure/HES) ou une formation supérieure équivalente, ou vous disposez d'une expérience éprouvée dans la direction d'une équipe de support de premier niveau, d'un Service Desk ou d'un service client. Idéalement, vous réunissez les deux.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'allemand à un niveau professionnel (C2) et possédez de bonnes compétences écrites et orales dans au moins une autre langue nationale.
