Responsable maintenance / Électrotechnique Pour l’un de nos clients, une entreprise industrielle à taille humaine située en Valais, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable maintenance / Électrotechnique. Vous aimez comprendre pourquoi une installation s’arrête, trouver la cause d’une panne et mettre en place des solutions durables ? Vous souhaitez conserver une vraie proximité avec le terrain tout en participant à l’amélioration des installations ? Pour cette fonction, nous recherchons prioritairement un profil bilingue français–allemand disposant d’une solide expertise en électrotechnique. Cette opportunité pourrait vous intéresser. Vos missions - Assurer le suivi électrotechnique des installations de production - Analyser et résoudre les pannes électriques - Soutenir les équipes de maintenance dans le diagnostic et la réparation des équipements - Améliorer la disponibilité des installations et réduire les temps d’arrêt - Réaliser des analyses de causes lors de pannes récurrentes - Planifier la maintenance préventive et conditionnelle - Coordonner les entreprises électriques externes - Garantir le respect des normes électrotechniques et des règles de sécurité - Organiser les contrôles de sécurité et les inspections électriques - Participer aux analyses de risques et à l’élaboration des concepts de sécurité - Participer aux projets d’optimisation de la production et d’amélioration continue - Former et accompagner les équipes de production et de maintenance Votre profil - Formation supérieure en électrotechnique, idéalement ingénieur HES ou formation jugée équivalente - Expérience en maintenance, électrotechnique ou installations industrielles - Solides compétences en diagnostic et dépannage électrique - Bonnes connaissances des normes et exigences de sécurité électrotechniques - Autonomie, capacité d’analyse et goût du terrain - Bon relationnel et capacité à transmettre ses connaissances - Français courant et allemand bilingue ou niveau C1 minimum - L’anglais constitue un atout supplémentaire Nous vous proposons Une fonction offrant une réelle autonomie, au sein d’une structure industrielle à taille humaine, avec des installations techniques variées et des projets concrets d’amélioration.
