The posting

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) responsable pépinière passionné(e) par les végétaux, doté(e) d’un bon sens commercial et appréciant la gestion d’équipe.

Votre formation : CFC d’horticulteur/horticultrice\-pépiniériste, de paysagiste ou expérience professionnelle équivalente dans le domaine.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Coordonner les commandes de plantes pour le secteur pépinière auprès de nos différents fournisseurs et calculer les prix de vente
  • Créer les articles dans notre logiciel informatique et établir les étiquettes de vente
  • Assurer la réception, l’étiquetage, l’arrosage et la mise en place des plantes
  • Conseiller et servir la clientèle, ainsi que prendre leurs commandes
  • Veiller à la présentation, à la mise en valeur et à l’entretien du secteur pépinière
  • Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 2 à 5 collaborateurs au sein du secteur pépinière
  • Assurer le remplacement du responsable du magasin en son absence

Votre profil

  • CFC d’horticulteur/horticultrice\-pépiniériste, de paysagiste ou formation/expérience équivalente
  • Très bonnes connaissances des végétaux
  • Expérience dans la gestion des commandes de plantes de pépinière
  • Intérêt marqué pour la vente et le conseil à la clientèle
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens du service
  • Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités
  • Aptitude à encadrer et à motiver une petite équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques

Nous vous proposons

  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée
  • Un taux d’activité de 100 % (\+ travail certains dimanches et jours fériés au printemps)
  • Un horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi, avec congé le samedi
  • Une entrée en fonction début février 2027 ou à convenir
