Vous possédez un CFC de vendeur-euse ou un CFC de costumier-ère ?

Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans la vente d-au moins 5 ans ?

Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une expérience de 3 ans en management d-équipe ?

Responsable point de vente & location

CDI à 80%

Vos missions

Vous êtes responsable d-un point de vente & location, Ateapic location, qui crée et loue des costumes et des déguisements et assurez l-encadrement d-une équipe de personnes en emploi-formation.

Encadrement d-équipe et formation

  • Assurer la supervision et la coordination des activités de l-équipe en organisant, distribuant et contrôlant le travail
  • Développer les compétences professionnelles et personnelles des bénéficiaires et favoriser leur ré/insertion sur le marché du travail
  • Former et coacher sur des thèmes précis relatifs aux activités du secteur
  • Fixer des objectifs et évaluer les compétences des bénéficiaires
  • Préparer et participer aux entretiens d-évaluation avec les conseiller-ère-s RH

Gestion d-Ateapic Location

  • Contrôler les caisses et la qualité du service à la clientèle
  • Développer puis gérer la mise en place du nouveau logiciel de caisse en collaboration avec l-équipe IT
  • Organiser, ranger et gérer le stock des costumes & accessoires
  • Conseiller et orienter les client-e-s
  • Établir, suivre et contrôler les contrats de location
  • Revoir la collaboration avec la clientèle professionnelle des arts de la scène et adapter les conditions de location en vue d-augmenter le chiffre d-affaires
  • Mettre en place des actions de communication afin d-augmenter la notoriété d-Ateapic Location en collaboration avec le webmarketing
