Notre client, une entreprise valaisanne reconnue et solidement implantée depuis de nombreuses années dans le secteur alimentaire, recherche un Responsable des points de vente pour piloter plusieurs sites stratégiques du Haut-Valais.

Responsable POS Haut-Valais 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de trois points de vente situés dans le Haut-Valais
  • Accompagner, challenger et soutenir les responsables de magasins, de restauration et de site dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d'affaires, productivité, objectifs commerciaux) et mettre en place des plans d'action adaptés
  • Garantir le respect des standards de qualité, d'hygiène, de présentation des produits et d'expérience client
  • Superviser la planification des équipes et le suivi des temps de travail en collaboration avec les responsables locaux
  • Assurer le lien entre les établissements du Haut-Valais et la direction basée en Valais central
  • Participer activement à l'organisation d'événements, d'animations commerciales et d'actions locales

Profil

  • Expérience confirmée dans la vente, idéalement dans le commerce de détail ou l'environnement alimentaire
  • Expérience réussie en management, coaching ou développement d'équipes
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand et très bonnes connaissances du français (minimum B2)
  • Aisance avec les chiffres, les analyses de résultats et les indicateurs de performance
  • Leadership naturel, orientation résultats et proximité avec les équipes
  • Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers entre les différents sites
