Ton défi

  • Gestion et développement du cadre de gestion des risques de la première ligne de défense
  • Évaluations des risques ainsi que conception et réalisation de contrôles sur les risques non financiers (risques opérationnels et de conformité) ainsi que tests de l-efficacité des contrôles
  • Direction et mise en œuvre de projets transversaux (digitalisation, automatisation des processus, systèmes de contrôle), pilotage actif des mesures d-amélioration
  • Partenaire de réflexion pour la direction frontale, RM, conformité, risque opérationnel et juridique
  • Préparation des documents et rapports pour les comités de risque/de gestion
  • Coaching, mentorat et assurance qualité des autres membres de l-équipe
  • Représentation du département/de la région auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes (par ex. audit, FMA dans le cadre d-examens)
  • Coordination et pilotage du processus d-auto-évaluation annuel

Ton profil

  • Formation supérieure
  • Compréhension (très) approfondie du paysage réglementaire pertinent, par ex. MiFID, AIA, FATCA, etc.
  • Capacité à préparer des sujets complexes de manière compréhensible et à communiquer de façon adaptée au destinataire
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en gestion des risques, conformité ou CLM
  • Empathie et orientation solution dans les interactions avec les unités frontales, en équipe, avec les parties prenantes ou la direction
  • Jugement prononcé, force de décision, compétences en leadership
  • Pensée stratégique et procédurale ainsi que capacité à prioriser les activités essentielles
  • Capacité à convaincre les parties prenantes à différents niveaux sur la base d-arguments
  • Idéalement, bonnes connaissances d-Avaloq
  • Maîtrise assurée de l-allemand et très bonnes connaissances de l-anglais à l-oral et à l-écrit
