Vous souhaitez piloter le développement de solutions digitales à fort impact, définir une vision produit et accompagner une équipe dans un environnement en pleine évolution ? Pour l-un de nos clients, acteur reconnu du secteur des services en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un·e Responsable Produits & Solutions Digitales capable d-allier vision stratégique, expertise produit, leadership et orientation client. Votre mission : À la tête d-une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous êtes responsable du développement et de l-évolution d-un portefeuille de solutions digitales. Vous définissez la vision et la roadmap tout en assurant un rôle opérationnel de Product Owner. À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené·e à : - Définir la vision produit, les objectifs et la roadmap des solutions digitales ; - Construire, prioriser et arbitrer le backlog en fonction des besoins métiers, utilisateurs et opérationnels ; - Piloter le value stream et accompagner les produits de leur conception jusqu-à leur mise en production ; - Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe d-environ 5 collaborateurs ; - Animer les rituels agiles et favoriser une culture d-amélioration continue ; - Élaborer et challenger les business cases et accompagner les décisions d-investissement ; - Optimiser les parcours utilisateurs et développer les possibilités de self-service ; - Identifier les opportunités liées à l-innovation, à l-automatisation et à l-IA ; - Garantir la qualité et l-efficacité des processus ainsi que la prise en compte des enjeux de sécurité et de protection des données ; - Définir et suivre les KPI liés à l-adoption, à la performance et à la conformité ; - Fédérer les différentes parties prenantes métiers et techniques autour d-une vision commune.

Votre profil

\- Formation supérieure universitaire, HES ou parcours jugé équivalent ; - Expérience confirmée en management d-équipe ; - Expérience significative en Product Ownership / Product Management et dans le pilotage de solutions digitales ; - Bonne compréhension d'environnements technologiques complexes et de leurs interactions avec les métiers ; - Expérience dans le secteur financier ou dans un environnement réglementé, un réel atout ; - Excellente maîtrise des méthodes et environnements Agile ; - Capacité à construire une vision tout en restant proche de l-opérationnel ; - Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à prendre et assumer des décisions ; - Leadership naturel, sens du service et excellente capacité à fédérer ; - Français courant et très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand (B2-C1).
