Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, un acteur international dans le domaine de l'industrie un(e) :

Responsable QHSE H/F

Sous la supervision directe du Directeur des Opérations, vous assurerez la sécurité du personnel tout en garantissant l'excellence opérationnelle du site.

Vos missions s'articuleront autour des axes suivants :

* Pilotage stratégique : Optimiser et faire vivre le système de management intégré (normes ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 et 45001\).

* Garantie de conformité : S'assurer de la stricte application des réglementations environnementales suisses et des normes QHSE en vigueur.

* Sensibilisation et sécurité : Promouvoir la prévention des risques au travail et animer la culture sécurité auprès des équipes de production. Vous êtes également référent ESD.

* Démarche d'amélioration : Gérer les audits internes, traiter les non\-conformités et superviser le déploiement des plans d'actions.

* Management: capacité à manager un équipe, vous êtes fédérateur(trice) et dynamique, le travail en équipe est un véritable moteur pour vous.

* Suivi commercial \& relation client: doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve de charisme et d'aisance dans la négociation.

Profil recherché

* Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation d'ingénieur en électronique, complétée par une spécialisation QHSE.

* Vous justifiez d'une expérience de min 5 ans dans le secteur industriel électronique

* Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. La maitrise de l'allemand est un plus.

* Votre esprit d'analyse, allié à un leadership naturel, vous permet d'embarquer facilement les équipes sur les sujets QHSE.

* Vous vous démarquez par votre grande autonomie et savez être force de proposition.

* Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et le respect de vos engagements.
