Nous recherchons pour le Musée d'art des Grisons à l'Office de la culture, à partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, un(e) responsable caisse/surveillance rémunéré(e) à l'heure.

Votre domaine de responsabilités

  • Diriger l'équipe caisse et surveillance composée de 23 collaborateurs
  • Planification du personnel et contrôle des pointages
  • Organisation et conduite des réunions d'équipe
  • Planification du personnel et gestion de la sécurité lors des ouvertures exceptionnelles du musée
  • Responsabilité et fonction de contrôle du système de caisse
  • Élaboration de statistiques
  • Tâches administratives

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou équivalente avec expérience professionnelle
  • Flexibilité ainsi qu'une manière de travailler autonome, orientée service et solutions
  • Présence assurée et attitude agréable et amicale
  • Expression impeccable en allemand
  • Connaissances en langues étrangères souhaitées : anglais, romanche et italien
  • Intérêt pour l'art et la culture
