Rattaché(e) directement au CEO et membre du Comité de Direction, le/la Responsable Ressources Humaines pilote l'ensemble de la fonction RH pour une société industrielle d'une centaine de collaborateurs. Véritable partenaire de la Direction, il/elle accompagne la transformation de l'entreprise, le développement des équipes et la structuration des processus RH tout en conservant une forte proximité terrain.

Notre client est une société industrielle.

Ce poste couvre l'intégralité du périmètre RH, de l'administration du personnel aux projets stratégiques, dans un environnement où le pragmatisme, la réactivité et la capacité à accompagner le changement sont essentiels.

Missions

Partenariat stratégique et accompagnement de la Direction

  • Conseiller le CEO et les membres du Comité de Direction sur l'ensemble des sujets RH.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH en cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Accompagner les transformations organisationnelles et les projets de développement de la société.
  • Produire et analyser les indicateurs RH afin d'éclairer les décisions du management.
  • Contribuer activement aux réflexions relatives à la culture d'entreprise, à l'engagement des collaborateurs et à la performance collective.

Relations humaines et accompagnement des managers

  • Conseiller et accompagner les responsables de département dans la gestion de leurs équipes.
  • Gérer les situations individuelles complexes et les relations de travail.
  • Assurer le suivi disciplinaire et la gestion des conflits lorsque nécessaire.
  • Soutenir les managers dans leurs pratiques de management et de développement des collaborateurs.
  • Promouvoir un climat social sain et constructif.

Recrutement et intégration

  • Piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les profils opérationnels, techniques et administratifs.
  • Définir les stratégies de sourcing adaptées aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Conduire les entretiens et accompagner les managers dans leurs décisions.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les programmes d'intégration afin de favoriser une prise de fonction réussie.

Développement des talents et formation

  • Élaborer et piloter le plan annuel de formation.
  • Identifier les besoins en développement des compétences en collaboration avec les managers.
  • Mettre en place des parcours de développement adaptés aux enjeux métiers de l'entreprise.
  • Accompagner les revues de personnel, les plans de succession et l'évolution des collaborateurs.
  • Développer les processus de gestion des performances et des entretiens annuels.

Administration RH et conformité légale

  • Superviser l'ensemble de l'administration du personnel sur le cycle de vie des collaborateurs.
  • Garantir la conformité des contrats, règlements, procédures et pratiques RH avec le droit suisse du travail.
  • Assurer le suivi des permis de travail, attestations et documents obligatoires.
  • Piloter les relations avec les organismes externes, administrations et partenaires sociaux.
  • Veiller à l'application des conventions, obligations légales et politiques internes.

Profil du candidat

* Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Droit du travail, Économie ou équivalent. * Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste en Suisse avec une exposition complète à l'ensemble des problématiques RH. * Expérience réussie au sein d'un environnement industriel, manufacturier, technique ou opérationnel. * Solides connaissances du droit du travail suisse et des assurances sociales. * Expérience de collaboration avec un prestataire de paie externe. * Capacité démontrée à évoluer dans une PME avec une forte proximité terrain. * Expérience dans l'accompagnement du changement et la structuration d'une fonction RH. *
