Pour une PME dans le domaine de l'industrie, nous avons le plaisir d'accompagner notre client dans sa recherche d'un ou d'une responsable RH dans le cadre d'une création de poste:

Un/une responsable RH 80 ou 100 %

Votre Mission:

  • Seconder la direction dans ses tâches RH et managériales
  • Accompagner les chefs de ligne en termes d'intégration des collaborateurs et collaboratrices, entretiens d'évaluation et annuels, recadrage, gestion de conflits etc..
  • Gestion des collaborateurs de l'entrée à la sortie (contrat, suivi des absences, certificats de travail etc.)
  • Mise en place de processus RH adaptés et uniformisation de ceux\-ci
  • Recruter et accompagner les chefs de ligne en fonction des besoins
  • Accompagner les chefs de ligne en matière de formation, analyse et identification des besoins
  • Collaborer avec le service salaires afin de garantir un service globale optimal

Votre Profil:

  • Brevet de spécialiste en gestion du personnel
  • De langue maternelle française, allemand un plus
  • 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable RH idéalement dans une PME et dans le domaine industriel
  • Personne pro\-active, possédant une bonne vision globale, un esprit d'équipe, sachant négocier et imposer ses idées
