Nous recrutons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, acteur reconnu du secteur de la construction en Suisse romande.

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) Responsable des Ressources Humaines expérimenté(e) et autonome, capable d'accompagner les équipes et de structurer la fonction RH.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter l'ensemble des activités RH en lien direct avec la direction.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel : contrats, salaires, assurances sociales, décomptes et attestations.
  • Gérer les recrutements, l'intégration et le suivi des collaborateurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des permis de travail et les relations avec les autorités compétentes.
  • Veiller au respect du droit du travail suisse et des conventions collectives applicables au secteur de la construction.
  • Mettre en place et optimiser les processus RH : évaluations annuelles, plans de formation, gestion des absences et règlement du personnel.
  • Conseiller les responsables opérationnels sur toutes les questions liées aux ressources humaines.
  • Assurer le suivi des situations de maladie, d'accident et de réintégration en collaboration avec les assurances concernées.

Profil

Expérience confirmée d'au moins trois ans dans une fonction RH généraliste. Excellente maîtrise du droit du travail suisse et des assurances sociales. Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction ou du bâtiment constitue un réel atout. Connaissance des conventions collectives du secteur de la construction appréciée. Maîtrise d'un logiciel de gestion des salaires (Crésus ou équivalent). Personnalité autonome, pragmatique et orientée solutions. Français langue maternelle ou niveau C1/C2. Domicile en Suisse romande (Vaud ou cantons limitrophes).
