Votre mission

Veiller à la santé et à la sécurité au travail sur l'ensemble des sites de Breguet ainsi qu'au respect des normes de protection incendie, dans un souci constant de prévention des risques et de conformité réglementaire.

Vos responsabilités

Déployer et piloter la politique Santé & Sécurité au Travail ainsi que les mesures de protection incendie. Identifier, évaluer et prévenir les risques afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr et conforme aux exigences légales. Assurer le suivi des incidents, coordonner les actions correctives et promouvoir une culture de prévention. Organiser les formations, exercices d'évacuation et actions de sensibilisation auprès des collaborateurs. Collaborer avec les autorités, organismes de contrôle et partenaires externes sur les questions de sécurité et de protection incendie.

Profil ##

Formation supérieure en santé et sécurité au travail ou formation jugée équivalente. Formation en Protection Incendie. Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en environnement industriel. Bonnes connaissances des normes SST et de la protection incendie. Aisance dans la gestion de projets et la conduite de formations. Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et dotée d'un excellent sens de la communication.
