Présent en Suisse romande et en Suisse alémanique, le Centre Patronal est une entreprise au service des entreprises et de l’économie privée, proposant notamment des prestations dans les domaines des assurances sociales, de la prévoyance professionnelle, du conseil juridique et économique ainsi que de la formation.

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, le Centre Patronal a intégré Trianon SA, société dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines et des caisses de pension.

Pour renforcer notre équipe IT basée à Paudex (VD), nous recherchons un(e) responsable Tech Lead et Architecte Solutions (h/f) 80\-100%.

Missions

  • Concevoir et faire évoluer l'architecture technique du SI, en garantissant sa cohérence, sa scalabilité et sa pérennité
  • Définir la gouvernance et challenger les orientations techniques avec les équipes d'architecture
  • Contribuer à l'implémentation des solutions et accompagner les équipes dans leurs choix techniques
  • Formaliser et maintenir la documentation d'architecture comme référentiel unique
  • Piloter la vision technologique à moyen/long terme et la stratégie de maîtrise de la dette technique
  • Établir et diffuser les standards de développement (Clean Code, architecture, patterns cloud\-native)
  • Coacher les Tech Lead Developers et animer le « Comité des Développeurs »
  • Piloter le recrutement, l'onboarding, la formation et le développement des compétences de l'équipe

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée de 5 à 7 ans en architecture technique
  • Solide maitrise dans la conception et l'évolution d'architectures SI complexes, scalables et pérennes
  • Bonne connaissance du Clean Code, des patterns cloud\-native et du Event\-Driven Pattern
  • Expertise confirmée en technologies .NET et Angular
  • Expérience en accompagnement de Tech Leads et en management d'équipe
  • Capacité à challenger les orientations techniques et à travailler avec les Product Owners et Business Owners
  • Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et capacité à prendre et documenter des décisions techniques
  • Curiosité pour la veille technologique et les nouvelles pratiques
