Pour Hälg Facility Management AG, une entreprise du groupe Hälg, nous recherchons à Rotkreuz un/e Responsable technique d'objet 100% dès maintenant ou selon accord.

Votre défi ##

  • Respect et mise en œuvre du concept valide de sécurité au travail et de protection de la santé (AS/GS)
  • Maintenance autonome des installations techniques de la maison/bâtiment
  • Responsabilité d-une prestation fluide et ponctuelle des entreprises tierces
  • Assurer une documentation opérationnelle mise à jour dans le système CAFM ainsi qu-une prestation de service ponctuelle selon la commande
  • Exécution des tâches dans le cadre des règlements, instructions et processus valables dans l-entreprise
  • Réalisation ou organisation des travaux de réparation et d-entretien des installations techniques du bâtiment
  • Réalisation de rondes de contrôle technique dans les objets assignés
  • Analyse et résolution des pannes
  • Prestation de service de permanence

Votre profil ##

  • Formation de base achevée dans le domaine CVCSE ou en tant que spécialiste en maintenance des installations
  • Formation continue en tant que spécialiste en maintenance, acheteur technique ou formation continue comparable
  • Formation en tant que délégué à la sécurité (un atout)
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans un domaine d-activité comparable
  • Maîtrise assurée de l-allemand ; autres langues un atout
  • Compétences informatiques avancées
  • Connaissances en protection incendie un atout
  • Esprit de service, orientation résultats et client
  • Personnalité responsable, fiable, capable de travailler en équipe et résistante au stress
  • Engagement élevé et grande initiative personnelle
  • Mentalité pratique
  • Mode de travail précis, proactif, autonome et prévoyant
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour les déplacements
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
