Le Service achat et logistique Ville (SALV) dispose d'un centre logistique moderne et assure l'approvisionnement, la gestion de stock et la distribution de matériels pour l'ensemble de l'administration communale. L'entretien de la majeure partie du parc de véhicules de la Ville fait également partie des missions du service.

Mission(s) principale(s) ###

Etablir et gérer un plan de maintenance, de rénovation et de transformation des bâtiments des 4 sites du service

Gérer les contrats de maintenance et assurer leur mise à jour

Contribuer à la réalisation d'audits et mettre en oeuvre les recommandations en vue d'optimiser les ressources

Assurer le rôle de délégué-e sécurité et veiller à la conformité des mesures de sécurité, de prévention et d'évacuation

Contribuer au développement de l'électromobilité du plan de mobilité lausannois et effectuer le suivi technique du pool de vélo de la Ville

Profil ###

Brevet fédéral dans le domaine du bâtiment ou titre jugé équivalent

Formation reconnue en sécurité, un atout

Minimum 8 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du bâtiment avec de la gestion d'équipe

Expérience dans la supervision et l'accompagnement de travaux, un atout

Solides connaissances dans la maintenance des installations

Aptitude à organiser et prioriser efficacement les activités

Capacité à prendre des initiatives, à analyser et à synthétiser les informations
