Ta mission 6 Leadership et vente réunis ##

Tu diriges notre équipe de conseillers clients sur le terrain et veilles à ce que nos clients reçoivent la solution adaptée. Tu développes non seulement ton équipe, mais entretiens aussi toi-même des relations clients importantes et renforces activement notre position sur le marché.

En tant que personne de contact centrale pour nos grands comptes, tu identifies les potentiels, échanges à égalité et accompagnes les projets de la première idée jusqu'à la conclusion réussie. Avec ton équipe et le service interne, tu veilles à ce que les opportunités deviennent des partenariats durables.

Tu corresponds à notre profil si tu : ##

  • as de l'expérience dans la direction d'une équipe de vente ;
  • as travaillé plusieurs années avec succès dans la vente technique sur le terrain ;
  • identifies rapidement les besoins des clients et développes des solutions durables ;
  • penses de manière entrepreneuriale et prends plaisir à développer et gérer des grands comptes sur le long terme ;
  • maîtrises les systèmes CRM, ERP et MS Office ;
  • es capable de passionner, motiver les gens et de les amener à des performances optimales.
