Dans le cadre d'un recrutement pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Travaux afin de piloter des projets de rénovation, de transformation et de construction.

Responsable Travaux – Rénovation \& Construction (H/F)

Vos missions

* Piloter et coordonner les projets de rénovation et de transformation d'ouvrages.

* Assurer la gestion complète des projets, de la phase d'étude jusqu'à leur réalisation.

* Coordonner les différents intervenants : mandataires, entreprises, bureaux d'études et autorités.

* Élaborer et suivre les dossiers d'autorisation de construire ainsi que les appels d'offres.

* Établir les budgets, suivre les coûts et garantir le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité.

* Gérer les commandes, contrôler les factures et assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets.

* Superviser l'avancement des chantiers en collaboration avec les différents partenaires.

* Préparer les documents, rapports et supports nécessaires aux prises de décision de la Direction.

* Organiser et animer les séances de coordination avec les différents intervenants.

Votre profil

* Formation d'ingénieur en génie civil, en techniques du bâtiment ou formation jugée équivalente.

* Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la conduite de travaux et la gestion de projets de construction, de rénovation ou de transformation.

* Expérience confirmée dans la coordination de projets et le suivi de chantiers.

* Bonne connaissance des procédures administratives, des appels d'offres et de la gestion budgétaire.

* Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment MS Office.

* Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et aisance dans la communication.

* Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et organisée, dotée d'un excellent sens des responsabilités.

* Esprit d'équipe, capacité à fédérer les intervenants et excellent relationnel.
