Für die Abteilung Sozialdienste suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Orientierung gibt und gemeinsam mit dem Team die Sozialberatung weiterentwickelt als

Ressortleitung Sozialberatung m/w/d ¦ 70 % ¦ per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

Die Abteilung Sozialdienste, mit den Ressorts Sozialberatung, Support und Zentrale Dienste, erbringt Dienstleistungen im Rahmen der wirtschaftlichen und persönlichen Sozialhilfe, der Alimentenhilfe sowie in verschiedenen Bereichen des Gesundheitswesens. Mit unserer Arbeit tragen wir dazu bei, Notlagen zu lindern und bestehende Herausforderungen nachhaltig zu lösen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Personelle Führung und Förderung der zehn Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten, wirkungsvollen und rechtskonformen Sozialberatung
  • Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Sozialberatung
  • Mitwirkung in Fachgremien und bei übergeordneten fachlichen Themen
  • Pflege einer konstruktiven und förderlichen Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stellen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (FH) oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe oder einem vergleichbaren sozialen Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
  • Analytisches und weitsichtiges Denken und Freude am konzeptionellen Arbeiten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gefestigte Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge umzusetzen
  • Verständnis für die Rahmenbedingungen einer öffentlichen Verwaltung
