Sie organisieren gerne, erklären verständlich und begleiten Menschen beim Einstieg in neue Software? Bei timeSensor koordinieren Sie die Einführung von timeSensor LEGAL 365, schulen Anwenderinnen und Anwender und bleiben auch danach im Austausch. Ihr Ziel: Kunden, die sicher mit unserer Software arbeiten und sich gut betreut fühlen.

Die timeSensor AG entwickelt seit 2010 Kanzleisoftware. Für unser kleines Team in Baar suchen wir eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen und koordinieren Rollouts gemeinsam mit den Kunden und unserem technischen Team.
  • Sie stimmen Termine, Zuständigkeiten und Vorbereitungsschritte ab und behalten den Projektfortschritt im Blick.
  • Sie bereiten praxisnahe Schulungen vor und führen diese online sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort durch.
  • Sie erklären Funktionen und Arbeitsabläufe verständlich und gehen auf unterschiedliche Vorkenntnisse ein.
  • Sie begleiten Kunden nach der Einführung, holen aktiv Rückmeldungen ein und erkennen weiteren Schulungsbedarf.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache. Sie verfügen über gute Französischkenntnisse und können sich im Kundenkontakt sicher verständigen. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie organisieren zuverlässig, setzen Prioritäten und behalten auch bei mehreren laufenden Einführungen den Überblick.
  • Sie erklären geduldig und verständlich und treten in Schulungen und Kundengesprächen sicher auf.
  • Sie bringen technisches Verständnis mit und arbeiten sich gerne in Software und/oder Kanzleiabläufe ein.
  • Erfahrung in Softwareeinführung, Projektkoordination oder Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil.
