Für unseren Kunden, einen schweizweit tätigen Lebensmittel\-Händler suchen wir in Zürich (Hardbrücke) im Rahmen einer Try \& Hire\-Anstellung mit Aussicht auf eine Festanstellung eine serviceorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit als:

Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (80\-100 %, m/w/d)

Sie wissen, was guten Service ausmacht, und haben ein Gespür für die Gastronomie? Machen Sie mit kompetenter Beratung und persönlichem Engagement aus zufriedenen Kunden treue Stammkunden.

Ihr interessanter Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst u.a.:

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden aus der Gastronomie und Hotellerie, insbesondere am Telefon
  • Entgegennahme und sorgfältige Erfassung von Bestellungen per Telefon und E\-Mail
  • Überwachung der Aufträge sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten, vollständigen und termingerechten Bestellabwicklung
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Produkten, Angeboten und Dienstleistungen sowie gezielte Zusatzverkäufe im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Koordination kundenspezifischer Anforderungen
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen und Kundenreklamationen
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Aussendienstes sowie Weiterleitung von Kundenbedürfnissen an Aussendienst und Geschäftsführung

Für diese Position bringen Sie folgendes Profil mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre, Handelsschule oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Verkaufsinnendienst oder im Kundendienst
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch; ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Verkauf und ein Gespür für Zusatzverkäufe
  • Interesse an Lebensmitteln und Bezug zur Gastronomie; Erfahrung im Lebensmittel\- oder Gastronomiebereich ist besonders willkommen
  • Eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, sich in anspruchsvolle betriebliche Abläufe einzuarbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten: Auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen oder einem gelegentlich direkten Umgangston auf Kundenseite bleiben Sie ruhig und professionell
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme wechselnder Arbeitszeiten sowie von Abend\-, Wochenend\- und Pikettdiensten innerhalb eines achtköpfigen Teams
