Sachbearbeiter Auftragsbearbeitung / Customer Service

Pensum: 80-100% Deine Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen von A bis Z

* Erstellen und Nachfassen von Offerten

* Abklärungen zu Liefermöglichkeiten, Terminen und Kundenanfragen

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung einer anspruchsvollen internationalen Kundschaft

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen wie Verkauf, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen

* Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten

* Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

 

Das bringst du mit

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und an einer vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion

* Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

* Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, Dinge selbständig abzuklären

* Zuverlässige, strukturierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten - auch bei anspruchsvollen Kunden

* Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
