Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung offener Posten und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Verbuchung von Banktransaktionen
  • Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern sowie Konten
  • Unterstützung bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vorbereitung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Treuhändern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere im Bereich Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Kontenabstimmung und im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige, teamorientierte und diskrete Persönlichkeit
