Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein international tätiges Gesundheitsunternehmen, das sich auf die Versorgung von Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Problemen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil eines grossen Konzerns arbeitet sie eng mit Teams in mehreren Ländern zusammen und legt Wert auf einen respektvollen, kollegialen Umgang. Hinter jeder Lieferung steht ein Patient, der sich auf pünktliche Versorgung verlässt. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überblicken und aktives Steuern der Lager- und Bestandssituation
  • Auslösen und Verfolgen von Bestellungen sowie laufendes Abstimmen mit Lieferanten
  • Sichtbarmachen von Zahlen, Erkennen von Abweichungen und Umsetzen von Lösungen
  • Sauberes Pflegen von Stammdaten in SAP und IBP, damit alles auf einen Blick stimmt
  • Pflegen des Dialogs mit internen und externen Partnern, mit offenem Ohr für Anliegen
  • Mitanpacken in Projekten und Sonderaufgaben, wo es gerade darauf ankommt

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Disposition oder Auftragsabwicklung
  • Gute SAP-/IBP-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung gegenüber internen und externen Kunden
  • Zahlenaffine, dienstleistungsorientierte und engagierte Teamplayerpersönlichkeit
  • Zuverlässige, effiziente, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytische Denkweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher C2 / Englisch & Italienisch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse B2-C1 / Französisch: Kenntnisse ein Plus
