Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Selbstständige Organisation und weltweite Koordination von Exportaufträgen über alle Verkehrsträger (Luft, See, Strasse und Schiene)
  • Erstellung und Prüfung internationaler Exportdokumente wie Ursprungszeugnisse, EUR.1, Handelsrechnungen, Lieferscheine, Packlisten und Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Akkreditiven, inkl. sorgfältiger Dokumentenerstellung und enger Abstimmung mit Banken
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden, Behörden und Partnern. Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch bringen Sie gezielt ein, um Lösungen zu finden und Beziehungen zu pflegen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Zoll- und Exportvorschriften

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Export-/Aussenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Exportgeschäft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
