Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Zwingenderforderlich: Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie
  • Erfahrung mit ABACUS
  • Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz- und Rechnungswegen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer selbstständigen operativen Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Genauigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich (Muttersprachenniveau)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden

Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen
  • Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Kontrolle von Zahlungsläufen
  • Betreuung der Kreditorenschnittstelle und Bearbeitung von Fehlerfällen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung des Lieferantenstamms im ABACUS
  • Führung und Abstimmung der Kasse
  • Stellvertretende Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen während Ferienabwesenheiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Revisionsunterlagen
  • Buchen von Kosten auf die Projekte
  • Verrechnung der Montagedienstleistungen
