Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung (60 – 100%)

Deine neue Rolle bei uns:

In dieser Position bist du eine wertvolle Unterstützung in den Bereichen Bewirtschaftung, Administration, Empfang und Vermietung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist der erste Kontakt für unsere Interessenten und Kunden – sowohl telefonisch als auch am Empfang
  • Du kümmerst dich um den Bewirtschaftungs\-Posteingang und sorgst dafür, dass alle Anfragen schnell und zuverlässig bearbeitet werden
  • Du pflegst unsere CRM\-Systeme und hältst die Mietverhältnisse aktuell
  • Du unterstützt das Bewirtschaftungsteam und hilfst mit, damit alles rund läuft
  • Du erteilst Reparaturaufträge, unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Mietvertragsunterlagen und übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit den Mietverhältnissen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit Mietern, Handwerkern und Behörden und trägst so zu einem reibungslosen Austausch bei
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Büro stets gut organisiert ist

Du bist perfekt für diese Position, wenn du:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung hast
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung mitbringst
  • Ein Organisationstalent bist und jederzeit freundlich und professionell auftrittst
  • Selbstständig, strukturiert und effizient arbeitest
  • Wert auf Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit und proaktive Lösungen legst
  • Eine unkomplizierte, belastbare und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Humor bist
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (idealerweise inklusive GARAIO REM) und eine klare Ausdrucksweise mitbringst
