Gestionnaire immobilier (h/f/d) 50 - 100% #

Vos tâches Vous ne souhaitez pas seulement gérer des appartements, mais aussi façonner des espaces de vie ? Alors ce poste à pourvoir dès le 01.12.2026 à Köniz-Liebefeld BE est votre chance de démarrer professionnellement et personnellement.

  • Travaux administratifs variés dans la gestion commerciale et technique
  • Participation à la relocation (gestion des vacances) y compris les visites d'appartements et d'annexes avec les intéressés
  • Rédaction des contrats de location pour appartements et annexes ainsi que des annexes et avenants correspondants
  • Soutien lors de la réception et de la remise des appartements et annexes (partiellement de manière autonome)
  • Établissement des décomptes finaux des locataires
  • Participation à la gestion des débiteurs et créanciers
  • Contact écrit et oral avec les locataires, artisans, fournisseurs, autorités et concierges

Exigences

  • Apprentissage commercial achevé ou formation équivalente dans le domaine immobilier
  • Connaissances du secteur immobilier, idéalement déjà acquises
  • Langue maternelle allemande, excellente maîtrise orale et écrite
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique (programmes MS Office, GREM/REM)
  • Talent organisationnel et bonnes manières
  • Permis de conduire valide et voiture personnelle requise (parking gratuit à Berne)
