The posting

proBIP entwickelte im Auftrag des Amtes für Wirtschaft und Arbeit der Kantone Aargau und Zürich die Berufs\-Integrations\-Programme DUAL und TRIAGE. Per 1\. Januar 2027 erweitert proBIP sein Angebot für den Kanton Zürich und baut ein Kompetenzzentrum für Lehrabbrechende auf.

Für die Durchführung ist die Arbeit des Sekretariats von zentraler kommunikativer und koordinativer Bedeutung. Wir suchen deshalb Unterstützung für unsere Leiterin Administration. Diese Aufgabe bietet eine vielseitige und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, welche Teamfähigkeit, Genauigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Freude am Kontakt mit Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen verlangt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst sämtliche Prozesse einer Sekretariats\-Administration, wie das Erfassen
  • und Bearbeiten von Daten, die Dokumentenverwaltung, das Erstellen von Rechnungen und das Materialmanagement.
  • Sie übernehmen den Kundenempfang und bedienen die Telefonzentrale.
  • Sie optimieren die administrativen und organisatorischen Abläufe.
  • Sie sind allgemein Ansprechperson sowohl für unsere Mitarbeitenden, Teilnehmenden wie auch für unsere externen Partner.

Für diese Stelle brauchen Sie

  • eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • eine zuverlässige, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • sowohl mündliche wie schriftliche Kommunikationsstärke
  • eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Office365\-Programme
  • die Arbeitstage sind zwingend Freitag sowie idealerweise Mittwoch oder nach Vereinbarung.
