Die Gemeinde Zell präsentiert sich in der Region Winterthur als ländliche Gemeinde auf rund 13 km2 mit attraktiver Infrastruktur und guter Verkehrsanbindung in die Städte Winterthur und Zürich als moderner Lebensmittelpunkt für bald 7-000 Einwohner/innen. Die Gemeindeverwaltung wird mit modernem Geschäftsleitungsmodell geführt.

Wir suchen infolge Nachbesetzung eine initiative Nachfolge per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als

Sachbearbeiter/in Administration Soziales (100 %-Pensum) ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Intake-, Triage- und Abklärungsprozessen im Sozialbereich
  • Bearbeitung von Aufgaben im Bereich Sozialversicherungen und der AHV-Zweigstelle
  • Klientenbezogene Administration und Korrespondenz
  • Schalterdienst sowie Entgegennahme von Telefonanfragen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen der Gesellschaftskommission
  • Bewirtschaftung von Posteingang, E-Mail-Postfächern sowie digitalen Dossiers
  • Digitale Datenpflege, Ablage und Archivierung
  • Administrativer Support für die Abteilung Gesellschaft

Ihr Profil - Sie-

  • sind eine proaktive und exakt arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im Sozialversicherungswesen sowie der gesetzlichen wirtschaftlichen Hilfe
  • verfügen über stilsicheres Deutsch
  • denken vernetzt und verfügen über fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (Office 365, CMI und Tutoris.Web)
  • besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • arbeiten effizient, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert
  • sind aufgeschlossen, teamfähig und sehr belastbar
  • verfügen über angenehme Umgangsformen und besitzen ein hohes Kunden- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
