Die Gemeindeverwaltung Oberwil erbringt mit über 130 Mitarbeitenden aus verschiedenen Berufsgruppen Dienstleistungen für die rund 11'500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner der Gemeinde. Dabei versteht sich die Gemeindeverwaltung nicht nur als Verwaltungsorganisation, sondern als kundenorientiertes Dienstleistungszentrum, welches die Drehscheibe und Koordinationsstelle für eine Fülle von Aufgaben ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination der administrativen Aufgaben im Fachbereich Gesundheit und
  • Bearbeitung von Gesuchen und gesetzlichen Leistungen bei der Pflegefinanzierung und den Ergänzungsleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Rückerstattungen und administrativen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Todesfällen
  • Führung der Klientendossiers sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten Dokumentation und Fristenkontrolle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung, Alters\- und Pflegeinstitutionen sowie weiteren internen und externen Fachstellen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Sozial\-, Gesundheits\- oder Verwaltungsbereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits\-, Alters\- oder Sozialwesen
  • Interesse an gesundheits\- und alterspolitischen Themen und für die (digitale) Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse; Kenntnisse von CMI und KLIBNet sind von Vorteil
