Ihre Aufgabe

  • Kundenbetreuung in sämtlichen operativen Belangen von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung inkl. Verrechnung in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Koordination des Auftragsablaufes mit internen und externen Kunden
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Artikelstamm\- und Kundendaten pflegen und erfassen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf, Business Development, Produktion, Planung sowie mit weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung des Customer\-Service\-Team

Was bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, Auftragsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Exporterfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähig, zuverlässige, selbständige, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Pro\-Aktives Denken und Handeln
