Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter/in Einkauf 100%. In dieser Funktion unterstützt du den operativen Einkauf, pflegst wichtige Produktdaten und sorgst dafür, dass Bestellungen, Lagerbestände und interne Abläufe sauber koordiniert sind. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit Verantwortung, Teamkontakt und einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld.

Aufgaben

  • Aufnahme und Pflege neuer Lagerartikel nach internen Vorgaben
  • Überwachung von Lagerbeständen, Lieferzeiten sowie Mindest- und Maximalmengen
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Bestellungen, Dispositionen und Lieferterminen
  • Pflege von Artikelstammdaten und einkaufsrelevanten Informationen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen im zugeteilten Produktebereich
  • Kontrolle von Waren- und Transportrechnungen
  • Unterstützung im Offertwesen für Produkte, Beschaffung und Transport
  • Abstimmung mit internen Stellen sowie Betreuung zugeteilter Niederlassungen bei Aufträgen und Bestellungen

Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Einkaufssachbearbeitung oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Termintreue und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Freude an vielseitigen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit gutem Überblick für Prozesse und Details
