Die Zukunft ist erneuerbar \- auch bei Strom und Gas. Wir gestalten sie mit. Pronovo gestaltet diese Zukunft im Auftrag des Bundes aktiv mit: Wir betreuen Förderprogramme für erneuerbare Energien und sind als akkreditierte Zertifizierungsstelle für Herkunftsnachweise (HKN) von Elektrizität sowie \- und Treibstoffen zuständig. Die Fachabteilung Einmalvergütung leistet mit der Prüfung eingehender Fördergesuche und der Auszahlung von Förderbeiträgen einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Ausbau der Photovoltaik in der Schweiz. Als Teil des Teams gestaltest du diese Entwicklung mit.

Für unser Team zur Bearbeitung von Fördergesuchen für Solaranlagen sowie für weitere damit verbundene Aufgaben suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Sachbearbeiter/in erneuerbare Energien \- Kundenbetreuung ösisch 80 \- 100% (w/m/d) ====================================================================================

Über uns Das kannst du bewegen:

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Fördergesuche für Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Klärung von offenen Fragen zu Fördergesuchen, Einholung fehlender Unterlagen sowie regelmässiger telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen und gemeinsame Klärung von Fragen rund um die Fördergesuche
  • Einsatz der ösischkenntnisse im Kundenkontakt sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei französischsprachigen Anliegen und Übersetzungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung unserer Abläufe und Einbringen von Ideen aus dem Arbeitsalltag

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Sehr gute ösischkenntnisse (C1\-Niveau oder muttersprachliche Kenntnisse) und gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für diese Stelle zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine konsequent kundenorientierte Denk\- und Handlungsweise
  • Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld mit hohem Geschäftsvolumen
  • Freude, Neues zu lernen, teamübergreifend zu arbeiten und sich engagiert mit einem spannenden Themengebiet auseinanderzusetzen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
