Unser Kunde ist ein spannendes, international tätiges, schnell wachsendes KMU in der Region Zug. Für den weiteren Ausbau wird eine Person für diese neu geschaffene Stelle gesucht. Sind Sie bereit für eine neue Herausforderung?

Aufgaben

  • Preiskalkulation, Angebote erstellen und nachverfolgen
  • Auftragsannahme, Auftragsplanung, Auftragsbestätigung
  • Rechnungsstellung und Versand an den Kunden
  • Vorbereitung der notwendigen Lieferpapiere und Beauftragung der Spedition oder des Paketdienstes
  • Dokumente für Exportaufträge ermitteln, erstellen und den entsprechenden Stellen zuteilen
  • Erstellen und Verwaltung von Zolldokumenten wie Ursprungszeugnisse und Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten
  • Bearbeiten von Reklamationen
  • Weltweite Koordination
  • Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch

Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst sowie in der Exportabwicklung (zwingend)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und grosse Teamfähigkeit
