Unsere Mitarbeitenden – darunter viele langjährige Kolleginnen und Kollegen – erledigen ihre Arbeit für die Stadt und die 29'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner mit viel Freude und Herzblut.

Als Teil des Teams im Ressortsekretariat erfüllst du allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten und unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft die vier Fachbereiche des Ressorts, den Ressortvorsteher und den Ressortleiter. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt in der administrativen Begleitung von Baugesuchen sowie der Unterstützung unseres Juristenteams. Daneben gehören aber auch die allgemeine Korrespondenz, Organisationsaufgaben und das Erteilen von Auskünften am Schalter oder am Telefon zu deinen Aufgaben.

Was du mitbringst Beste Voraussetzungen sind eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, vorzugsweise auf einer Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung. Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Es fällt dir leicht, dich in ein bestehendes Team zu integrieren, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zu interagieren und auch in Phasen mit hohem Arbeitsvolumen die Übersicht zu behalten.
