In den dezentral organisierten Regionalstellen vermitteln wir hauptsächlich medizinisch\-therapeutische Fahrten zwischen Klienten/innen und unseren Freiwilligen. Zusätzlich sind die vier Regionalstellen für weitere regionale Dienstleistungen des Schweizerischen Kreuzes Kanton Aargau zuständig. Infolge Pensionierung suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Ver\-einbarung eine/n

Das können Sie bewegen

* Sie sorgen dafür, dass unser Fahrdienst zuverlässig funktioniert, und koordinieren Fahrten mit Weitblick und Organisationstalent.

* Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, Freiwilligen sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen.

* Sie planen, koordinieren und administrieren Einsätze unserer freiwilligen Fahrerinnen und .

* Sie unterstützen die Regionalstelle Baden mit Ihrem organisatorischen Geschick bei Kursen, Veranstaltungen und administrativen Abläufen.

* Sie bringen Struktur in Daten, Rapporte, Schadenfälle und Mahnwesen, und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum reibungslosen Betrieb.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und behalten auch in einem lebhaften Arbeitsalltag den Überblick.

* Sie organisieren gerne, arbeiten zuverlässig und übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihre Aufgaben.

* Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und können auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert handeln.

* Sie haben eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich

* Sie bringen gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse mit

* Erfahrungen in Disposition und Kundenbetreuung sind von Vorteil
