Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsinnendienstteams in Winterthur suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die mit Sorgfalt, Überblick und Freude an administrativen Abläufen dafür sorgt, dass unsere Fakturierung termingerecht und korrekt erfolgt.

Sachbearbeiter:in Faktura \& Administration (w/m/d) ===================================================

Deine Mission:

  • Du verantwortest die termingerechte und korrekte Fakturierung im Verkauf und in der Vermietung.
  • Du fakturierst Ersatzteile und Dienstleistungen zuverlässig und effizient.
  • Du erstellst Verzollungsrechnungen und die dazugehörigen Dokumente.
  • Du unterstützt bei Ein\- und Ausfuhrprozessen und behältst die relevanten Abläufe im Blick.
  • Du kontrollierst und überwachst Zahlungspläne in Projekten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie mit Kundinnen, Kunden und Lieferanten zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in Faktura, Rechnungswesen und Administration
  • Kenntnisse in Ein\- und Ausfuhr sowie Verzollung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen; OPACC\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer und effizienter Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken sowie Organisations\- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eine kundenorientierte Haltung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
