The posting

Aufgrund einer Pensionierung in unserem Team «Finanzen», das im Bereich «Zentrale Dienste» angesiedelt ist, suchen wir per 1.2.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe.

Aufgaben ##

  • Selbständige Betreuung und Beratung der verschiedenen Bewirtschaftungsteams in Buchhaltungsfragen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Führung und Administration der stadtinternen Leistungsverrechnung sowie Kontenabstimmung mit Gegenpartei
  • Durchführung von Debitorenmahnläufen und Überwachung des gesamten Mahncontrollings
  • Mitarbeit bei Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Verarbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs (DTA, LSV, DD)
  • Selbständige Überwachung von Sachkonti

Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter\*in Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Sehr gute MS Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse (FICO, RE-FX, etc.)
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes Denken
