Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz\- \& Personalwesen im 40% und 80% Pensum

Ihr Tätigkeitsgebiet:

  • Führen der Kreditoren und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Zuständig für die Finanzbuchhaltung nach OR und Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Zwischen\- \& Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellen von MWST\-Abrechnungen
  • Abgleich und Verbuchung der Kassenabrechnungen
  • Führen der Lohnbuchhaltung / Personaladministration
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und HR
  • Verfassen diverser Statistiken \& Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Französischkenntnisse (Muttersprachniveau von Vorteil) sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fundierte Office Kenntnisse und IT\-Affinität
  • Offene, vernetzt denkende und innovative Persönlichkeit
