Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes und gut verankertes Schweizer Unternehmen aus der Bau- und Immobilienbranche (Baunebengewerbe / Gewerbebetrieb), das sich durch hohe Qualität und kundenorientierte Dienstleistungen auszeichnet. Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung mit Fokus auf Hauptbuch, Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung und in sämtlichen Belangen der Personalverwaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnungen sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Aktive Mithilfe bei Steuererklärungen für Privat- und Firmenkunden
  • Abwicklung des gesamten Auftragsprozesses von Offerten, Devis und Auftragsbestätigungen bis hin zu Fakturierung, Nachkalkulation und Baugarantien
  • Entlastung der Projektleitung im administrativen Bereich, Führen des Schriftverkehrs und Bearbeitung der Eingangspost
  • Empfang von Gästen, Betreuung der Telefonzentrale in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch sowie Übernahme weiterer organisatorischer Aufgaben

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte kaufmännische Grundbildung sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, bevorzugt mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Rechnungswesen (Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung)
  • Erfahrung im MWST-Wesen und bei Abschlussarbeiten, vorzugsweise ergänzt durch erste Praxis im Steuerbereich
  • Vorhandene Basiskenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung und HR-Administration von Vorteil
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten
